From drawing to report
The issue was bigger than replacement planting.
Establishment depended on actual water delivery, clean and protected beds, and irrigation components that could be maintained after handover.

Drawing review
I reviewed planting arrangements, species selection, and the interface between planting beds and irrigation, then followed the work into construction.

What I recorded
The inspection recorded five dead Cassia and four dead Terminalia, Wedelia decline, exposed drip lines, and beds affected by construction. The irrigation components were also crowded in a box with poor service access.

Technical direction
I called for field checks of water delivery at the root zone, cleaning and protecting planting beds, and a serviceable isolation valve, filter, and solenoid arrangement before replacement planting.
