Share your city and project deadline. Availability, the visit date and the report delivery date are agreed before the assignment starts. Recurring visits are scheduled under a separate scope.
Fees reflect the site size, review scope, document volume and project location. You receive a written quotation covering the fee, any travel, deliverables and dates before committing.
The technical review supports the client's decision. It does not replace contractual acceptance procedures or the authority of appointed parties. Items are closed only after the agreed evidence has been verified within the assignment scope.
Your information is used to assess and carry out the assignment. Private drawings, photos or project documents are not published without permission. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
